Description Of Work:
Mark removed a damaged tile floor from the kitchen of one of our duplex units. He then installed new ceramic tile, which he selected to match the color scheme of the unit.
Member Comments:
Mark was very considerate of our tenants and was careful to be as unintrusive as possible. He selected the tile, and chose a color that went very well with the existing color scheme. He made the project very easy on our tenants and very easy on us. The floor looks very good and we expect it to last a very long time. We will use him again, and will gladly recommend him to others.

Since moving to the west valley 5 years ago, I've been looking for a good, reliable overall handyman. After many failed attempts, I finally the man. Mark is awesome. Professional, punctual, fair. He does the work very well and fast at a very reasonable price. He also plays it straight in terms of what he can and can't do. He stands by his work and guarantees it to your satisfaction. I will 100% use Mark for future projects. Highly, Highly recommend him.

Mark completely repaired my carport. The old wooden posts had rotted and the front post had been knocked out of plumb.
Member Comments:
Mark was great, he understood the problem immediately and gave me a very fair price. He was prompt and thorough. His knowledge of building and construction came in handy when he detected a further structural flaw: the overhead support beam was actually two pieces of wood spliced together in the middle. He replaced and repaired everything for the same price. His workmanship was beautiful. Besides this, he was always pleasant, and completed the work in very little time.

Installed a door, fixed some molding, did some caulking in the bathrooms, fixed a window, replaced tiles on my floor and did a whole bunch of little things/repairs.
Member Comments:
I dealt with Mark Libby (www.thefixitmanrepairs.com) and what a great experience that was. I was worried about hiring a handyman, because I heard some terrible stories about handymen. My list of repairs was long and these tasks had been building up for quite some time, because I was reserved about handymen. I went down the list and showed him everything I wanted done. He told me that he could do most all the work I needed, but not all. I appreciated that first step in honesty. He installed a door, fixed some molding, did some caulking in the bathrooms, fixed a window, replaced tiles on my floor and a whole bunch of little things I needed done. He showed up on time for our appointment, told me how long it would take to complete the work and how much it would cost. Everything was completed on time and on budget. I could not be happier. I have and will continue to refer him to others needing an honest and reliable Handyman.

Member Comments:
Mark was very courteous on the phone. He arrived on time. He gave us an estimate and was very up front about which services he could provide and which services would require an expert (i.e. detail plumbing). His work quality was great and the price did not vary from the initial quote. He was very easy to work with. Afterwards, we discussed future services that he could provide and this gave us some good ideas for going forward. We will use him again.

Very well. Mark is punctual and friendly. He works guietly and is thorough. The jobs took longer than he expected, and he stayed a long time the first day and had to return. But he did not charge extra. We will use him again.

We had a cabinet in the garage that was in danger of falling off the wall (shelves tilting and sagging). We weren't sure whether to repair or have the shelves taken down. After consulting with Mark, we had him disassemble the cabinet and haul it away.
Member Comments:
Mark arrived on time, assessed our situation and provided two alternatives: to remove the cabinet or take it down, repair it and re-install it. We opted for removal as the cabinet wasn't very well built and had been poorly installed by a prior owner. Mark was meticulous in taking the cabinet down: he took it apart rather than just pulling it off the wall. He puttied the holes left in the wall and offered to touch up the paint at no extra cost (we didn't have any matching paint, so we declined the offer). He also cleaned up our garage floor after removing the cabinet so that there was no debris. We will definitely call Mark again
