Handymen

I needed dry-rotted threshold/frame on a garage walk-in door, a gate rehung because the "plunger stem" wouldn't close appropriately and--most importantly--the entry/exit of a rooftop-patio cover "tunnel", which had allowed a family of raccoons to live, eat, dig and play while ruining my patio cover roof.
Mark responded by phone, came out did an estimate and the work on the same day. The price was reasonable, included materials and labor. He also demolished the dry rotted wood for the door entry into the garage, but appropriately suggested I get someone else to paint it because of the amount of work/cost if he had to do it.
Now, I can sleep during the night knowing the critters aren't chewing up my roof or bringing their food into the nooks and crannies of my backyard roof. My dog is safer in the yard thanks to the gate repair and creative fencing done to block the raccoons from their "den." Mark had to design and build this "animal fencing"--that was after he got them to vacate before construction. (This was after multiple attempts prior to his visit to humanely trap and/or block their entries to the rooftop den. I'm definitely keeping his card!
